Our team served one of our favorite dishes at last weeks Luckyrice 2016 festival. This Asia-food-and-culture festival which was hosted by Seoul Sausage, showcases more than 20 of the city’s best Asian and Asian-influenced chefs and mixologists. The Spicy Thai Larb Salmon on Betel Leaves was a crowd favorite which makes us question if we should put this on our restaurant menu.
