CHILI LIME
CHICKEN MARINADE

(Serves 4-5 People)
Despite the name, Ayara’s Seafood Sauce can also be used on other white meats, such as chicken. Here we use it to make a refreshing chili-lime Chicken Marinade. Great for BBQ’s, salads, and on jasmine rice.
You will need:
8oz (1 bottle) of Ayara’s Seafood Sauce (Buy Now)
2-Pounds Chicken
Directions:
- Place chicken in a bowl.
- Pour in Seafood Sauce.
- Use hands to spread seafood sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Leave to marinade in fridge, for at least an hour before cooking.
