(Serves 1-2 People)
A modern twist on Pad-Thai, for those that prefer no noodles. Our
Pad Thai Sauce brings you maximum flavour with minimum effort.
You will need:
4oz (1/2 bottle) of Ayara’s Pad Thai Sauce (Buy Now)
2-tablespoon of Garlic, chopped
1-tablespoon of light Soy Sauce
1-tablespoon of Peanut, Soybean Oil, or Olive Oil
Optional: ½ cup of meat or tofu
- Place a wok over high heat. Once hot, add oil. If cooking meat, add it now.
- Add garlic and let it sizzle with the oil for 30 seconds (and when meat is 80% cooked)
- Add all the vegetables.
- When vegetable begins to shrink and cook, add soy sauce and Pad Thai Sauce. Toss for no more than 1-minute. Do not over cook it.
- Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
