Noodle-less Veggie
Pad Thai


(Serves 1-2 People)

A modern twist on Pad-Thai, for those that prefer no noodles. Our
Pad Thai Sauce brings you maximum flavour with minimum effort.

You will need:

4oz (1/2 bottle) of Ayara’s Pad Thai Sauce (Buy Now)
2-tablespoon of Garlic, chopped
1-tablespoon of light Soy Sauce
1-tablespoon of Peanut, Soybean Oil, or Olive Oil
Optional: ½ cup of meat or tofu

Directions:

  1. Place a wok over high heat. Once hot, add oil. If cooking meat, add it now.
  2. Add garlic and let it sizzle with the oil for 30 seconds (and when meat is 80% cooked)
  3. Add all the vegetables.
  4. When vegetable begins to shrink and cook, add soy sauce and Pad Thai Sauce. Toss for no more than 1-minute. Do not over cook it.
  5. Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
