Not So Thai Thai-Salad

(Serves 2-4 People)

Whip up this tasty Salad in minutes and polish off with a good splash of our House dressing for an effortless, healthy dish.

You will need:

4oz (½ bottle) of Ayara’s House Dressing (Buy Now)
1 head Butter Lettuce
4 Eggs
Cherry Tomatoes, to preference
4-5 filets of chopped Anchovy
Fried Garlic, to preference
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Soft Boil the Eggs: place eggs in a large pot and fill water until eggs are completely submerged. Boil over high heat for 7 minutes, drain the eggs and run them under cold tap water until cool before peeling. Use a knife or egg cutter to slice.
  2. Clean and cut lettuce and tomatoes, set to dry
  3. Toss lettuce and tomatoes in large bowl with House Dressing and layer on serving plate/bowl
  4. Sprinkle anchovy, egg slices, and Fried Garlic in each layer to liking – serve and enjoy!
